Agreement to Terms
This website is operated by Nzuri. This website, including all information, tools, and services available, is provided to you, the customer, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing an item from us, you engage in the “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or accessible via hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all customers of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days, we will not offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In the original packaging with no stains.
- You are liable for shipping costs.
If you meet these refund requirements, you will receive a full refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- You have 24 hours to take a picture and lodge complaints about defects or damaged items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please contact your bank if you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nzuricart.co.za
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@nzuricart.co.za.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, 6996 Lerole St, Roodekop, 1401.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
