Shipping

NZURI® ships nationwide across South Africa.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on location.

Orders R850 and above qualify for free nationwide shipping.
Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking notification.

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.

Exchanges

NZURI® maintains an exchange-only policy.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn
• Undamaged
• In their original condition

Refunds are not offered.
