Exchanges
At NZURI®, every piece is crafted with intention and quality. If something is not quite right, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:

Be unworn

Be undamaged

Be returned in their original condition
If your item meets these conditions, our team will assist you in exchanging it for another size or product of equal value.

Include your order number and a brief description of the exchange request.
Refunds
At this time, NZURI® does not offer refunds.
We operate on an exchange-only policy to maintain product integrity and operational efficiency. Customers are welcome to exchange their item within the eligible return window.
Return Window
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to initiate an exchange.
Requests made after the 14-day window may not be eligible for processing.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unworn

Free from damage
-
Free from stains, scents, or alterations

In their original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.
Exchange Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, exchanges are processed within 7–14 business days.
Customers will receive confirmation once their exchange has been approved and shipped.
Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange.
If the exchange is approved, NZURI® will ship the replacement item back to you.
Orders above R850 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged

Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Our team will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
